The IIM is a post-secondary school in Kolkata (originally Calcutta), India, which offers master’s and doctoral degrees in business among other programs. This business school was one of only two such institutions in India in the 1970s when Nooyi was a graduate student. She attended this school to attain her first master’s degree in business.
